I decided I need to get a feel for what it like to run/walk a full 5K before the Race for the Cure in Sept. There is a 5K benefitting the local park system on June 17, 2006. Hopefully it won't rain. Now I really need to run or walk every day, now that the sinus infection seems to have cleared up.
