It's almost feels like I'm watching a parody of an Indiana Jones movie, except that it stars Harrison Ford. I'm defnitely going to finish now. It's got to get better.)

About the last 90 seconds of the last 5 min run, I felt the discomfort and heaviness in my legs just go away. Not really a runner's high, but I don't remember ever feeling that.

My Problems Are Small

This has become my new mantra. The Indonesian tsunami, Hurricane Katrina's aftermath, and my sister-in-law's diagnosis of breast cancer all put my problems into perspective. She had her surgery last week and will be starting chemo soon. My wife is taking our kids down again in June to help her through this. The least I can do is run this race and raise money and awareness for breast cancer research. My problems are small.
